To be honest since I found out about it, I don't visit any other store. I took my notebook and my problems were actually very simple to correct. John C was very honest and specific about it with me.

On 2 occasions I have been told by people who claim to be in the computer repair business that my computer was terminal. On both occasions you have made a simple repair for a reasonable price. As long as I am able you are the only one I will take my computer to for repair. The only downside is you are in Vernon and I am in the South end of Mansfield about 30-40 minutes away! Oh well!

Never had better service! Very helpful, thoughtful, and informative. Our salesman explained everything! Explanation of hook-ups and what to do if we need help. We have gotten a computer we can manage and Tom taught us well!

Visited the store many times. Overall feeling of the store was good, with a friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Had a situation with a broken monitor which was replaced with no hassles. I'm now on my third Kaplan Computer.

They also had a great selection of merchandise. I needed a modem for my old computer and they were able to supply me with the part I need.

This is a good computer place to go to for two main reasons: first, they have a ton of used stuff that they sell for very cheap. second, their techs are much more skilled than any other computer place I know.

After working with me to define specs for a new multiprocessor server, the staff directed me to a used unit that exceeded my specs and saved me more than 50% over new. Great pricing that’s below the competition. Prompt service from both sales and service staff.

Excellent sales and repair staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Tom set me up with a new custom build and the service department slaved my old hard drive. All within one hour. That was exceptional service and got me back on my feet. I’ve now bought two systems from Kaplan and also brought my mother in for a new system.
